01 The Challenge
Deliver a desktop billing app that works fully offline, supports customer wallets, salary and arrears tracking, and generates PDF/Excel exports without dependency on a centralized server.
02 The Solution
Built a PyQt6 desktop application with an embedded FastAPI backend and SQLite database, providing billing automation, customer wallet reconciliation, staff salary management, PDF billing, and backup/restore functionality.
Key Outcomes
- Delivered a complete on-premise ISP billing suite with CSV import, PDF/Excel export, backup/restore, and branded invoice generation for Windows and macOS deployment.
